Our student population is diverse. We do not base admissions on academic testing requirements. We have highly academic students with their eyes on select universities; we have athletes competing at the national level and travel; we have families who like to take their children traveling with them; we have students with a variety of learning challenges including ADD, autism, and dyslexia; and students who have disengaged from learning for any number of reasons. Most families who enroll state that they are looking for a better educational experience.

Our students attend anywhere from two to five days a week. Some of those days are partial days depending on their schedules. Most students attend 2 days a week and take a combination of group classes and subjects one on one. They need the other days to get assignments done and carry on with their lives. All students are able to grow as people and learners. They are able to pursue their unique interests because now they will have both time and energy.

Student Population: Our enrollment averages 250 students in grades K-12 each year including internationally competitive athletes, dancers, students with ADD, honors students, students with health issues, and students who travel. Many of our students commute to school from a distance of 30 miles or more. Students must agree to not use any substances, including drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, that are illegal for minors to purchase.

Senior Class: Our senior class averages about 60 grads per year. The average
SAT score for the last three years was 1626.

University Bound: For the classes of 2007-2009, 51% of our graduates went
directly to a 4-year college/university and an additional 36% went to a CC
or Voc. Tech. Our students have been accepted at a variety of universities
including the following: Yale, University of Washington, Carnegie Mellon
University, Boston Conservatory, Juilliard, New University in New York
(Joffrey Ballet), University of Hawaii, Seattle Pacific University,
Washington State University, Western Washington University, Chapman, Lewis
and Clark, Cornish, Seattle Art Institute, Bastyr, Knox, Butler, and most
area community colleges.

2008: We had 14 Washington State Scholars - those who are in the top 10% of the graduating class state wide.
