We encourage students, parents/guardians, and staff to report all safety concerns to any of our staff members or to submit concerns via our online reporting system.
Every concern that is reported to us notifies our administrators so they can investigate and take appropriate action. Reports may be filed anonymously with this form, however, the more detail you provide, the better we can attend to the situation.
Concerns may include: threats of harm to self or others, perceived bullying or unkindness, unsafe behaviors, illegal behaviors, abuse, etc.
