Our teachers work collaboratively, guided by shared values and a strong commitment to meeting students where they are. Together, they create a learning experience that is personal, meaningful, and uniquely tailored to each child.
Chrysalis is also a state-approved clock hour agency, offering continuing professional education courses that allow teachers to maintain current certification and remain leaders in their field.
Every student benefits from a talented and dynamic team. In addition to core faculty, a wide range of support staff enhance our programs and courses, working under the direction of certified teachers to enrich the student experience.
Our teachers bring expertise across all curriculum areas and average more than 12 years of classroom experience. Chrysalis employs certified teachers for every required high school subject, with 36 certified teachers on staff. In total, our community includes 50 dedicated staff members.

Technology Team
Our skilled technology professionals build, maintain, and support our computer network while also teaching a variety of computer and technology courses.
Administrative & Office Staff
Our administrative team supports daily operations by maintaining records, planning events, managing tuition and accounts payable, ordering materials, purchasing supplies, and opening and closing our buildings. Our Human Resources department is dedicated to hiring and supporting our exceptional staff.
Janitorial Services
We partner with a professional cleaning service that sanitizes our buildings each evening. They have proudly served Chrysalis for over 20 years.
Admissions
Our admissions team guides families through the interview and enrollment process, ensuring a thoughtful and supportive transition into the Chrysalis community.
Academic Advising
We offer comprehensive academic and college advising, manage Learning Addendum Plans, and arrange and supervise extended-time SAT testing.
Coaching & Student Support
Beyond scheduled classes and appointments, students are supported by many caring adults throughout the day. Coaches provide age-appropriate activities, academic assistance, and consistent encouragement.
